Roles and responsibilities1.Implementation Cost reduction measure and resource planning. 2. Preparing various MIS for upper management.3.Overall responsibility for equipments and materials management for customers as well as management. 4. Weekly, fortnightly & monthly report to the customer airlines. 5.Implement and update standard operating procedure for each operational activities i.e., Ramp safety, Marshalling vehicle movement, fuel report etc. 6. Induction and refresher training program for operational associates. 7. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.

10. To communicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings pertinent information for the respective shifts and areas of operations.

Handling catering operations with proficiency in developing service standards.15. Ensuring safety regulations (HACCP).16. search and sealing procedure of equipment carts, cabinets and catering carts.
