Keep supervision on junior staff on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Must have the ability to be productive for long periods of time.
BSC (Hotel Management) BHM/ 3 years Diploma in Catering & Food Production from a reputed institute.
