Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the land, building, plant and machinery, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, water treatment, vehicles, kitchen equipment and HVAC systems installed.
Responsibility in engineering administration and budgeting.
Improve the existing maintenance systems and procedures.
Involvement in project and engineering management.
Audit and control engineering systems to ensure compliance with the site, machinery, and regulatory safety standards.
Proactively generate and deliver cost saving, safety, and engineering improvements.
Maintain preventative maintenance of building and equipment.
Maintain assigned inspection and maintenance schedules.
Maintain documentation (ie., preventative maintenance, safety, work orders, Purchase orders, engineering duty schedule, equipment details, etc).
Maintain inventory controls and energy conservation procedures.
Maintain Engineering compliance in time.
Remain in compliance with local, state and national laws and regulations.
Train supervisors, technicians and equipment operators.
3year diploma in electricals/ Btech-electricals. Minimum 5years of Experience. Preferably from catering/Hospitality/Food Processing background.
