1. Monitor and analyze security supervisors performance on implementing security measures. 2. Brief all security personnel about the present security scenario of the nation, risk factors and all intimations from BACS regarding airline security.. 3. Coordinate with all HODs to strictly adhere and implement the catering security and safety procedures. 4. Keep strict vigil on all activities of the unit and provide intelligence gathering to management. 5. Closely monitor the entire movement of the unit through surveillanc cameras and frequent rounds. 6. Ensure that all fire fighting equipments are in place and in good condition. 7. Allocate staff leave and prepare duty roasters. 8. Liaise with the local law enforcement authorities and fire brigade.8. AVSEC qualified 9. 2-3 Yrs experience in Airline or Flight Kitchen.
